Compose your application.
Nothing you type is sent from this page. You fill this in, and the page writes a plain-text application. You then copy it, or open it in your email app, and send it yourself — so you can see exactly what you are sending before it goes.
Your draft is kept in this browser only. It never leaves the page until you press a button.
Ба ҳар кадоме аз ин забонҳо ҷавоб диҳед: тоҷикӣ, форсӣ, русӣ, ӯзбекӣ ё англисӣ.
Answer in whichever of these you prefer — Tajik, Persian, Russian, Uzbek or English. The labels below are in English; your answers need not be.
If your email app didn’t open
Email links don’t work everywhere — webmail and some phones ignore them. Send it by hand instead; it arrives the same way and is read the same way.
Paste the subject and the application text into a new message and send. An email link cannot carry files. If you have a CV or a longer proposal, attach it to that message yourself, or send it separately quoting your reference number.
Day 3 — a person acknowledges it, quoting your reference number. If a week passes in silence, write again.
Day 14 — it has been read. Either we start a conversation, or we decline and tell you why in two or three sentences.
Day 30 — decided, unless we have told you it will take longer and roughly how long.
We reply to everything. No application fee, ever — and we will never ask for bank details before a written award letter.
